Well Rounded Protein Intake?

So I haven't looked into protein in depth before so maybe someone with more knowledge can help me.

If you have milk, potatoes (a few times a week) and collagen/gelatin powder (1-2 tbspn a day) - is this well rounded adequate protein intake from a peat perspective?

I have a low heart rate from sports. I've seen a few threats on casein protein powders and was wondering your general thoughts.

Thanks

just milk alone covers all the essential amino acids. I think Ray says try not to get less than 80g a day

Cook up a big beef roast or a whole turkey every now and then. If you find yourself ravenously devouring the whole thing, you probably need more protein.
