Well then it sounds more like an obsessive intrusive set of thoughts. When people are saying change your lifestyle, they mean that, your lifestyle. That means it’s a work in progress. Of course we all want instant results but that isn’t necessarily going to happen.

Instead of ruminating on the obsession all the time, go out, take your mind off it, socialise, eat well, etc. But then know your limits. If exercise makes you worse, don’t be trying to go hard. Take it slow. Take up an exercise like qi gong which is gentle.

That doesn’t mean that you’ll magically be cured over night. Your mind will still go there but you need to set up habits and be consistent. You also need to realise we are not our thoughts. Most of us (all?) have barely any control over our thoughts 90% of the time.

Sooner or later you’ll realise there’s more to life then the small field that you were looking at all the time.
I've been taking walks everyday for months that about all I can do, learning qigong I just can't take it all in behind the brain fog I have sounds complicated. I can't really socialize it drains my energy too much, I'm not sure how much more I can change my lifestyle.

How much does your well-being mean to you?

You can always move to a sunnier climate

You can go to tanning beds

At the least you can take a vitamin D supplement.

You don’t have to run or workout, you can make a daily habit of walking an hour continuously outside every day on top of your normal activities.

You want to know how to get your mind off of your penis? You have to improve your health, engage in meaningful activities, and surround yourself with good people.

Quit with this defeatist attitude and take action man, every single post you make is an excuse or a complaint. If your action doesn’t work, then try something else. If that doesn’t work than try something else. Keep on trying until you find success.
I literally can't move country but I guess I'm just being stupid or rude for dismissing it .... I have tried tanning beds they don't seem to do much apart from give me a tan, the sun does help me but I can't help that there is no sun again I can't just move... Vitamin d supplements don't feel anything from them but I have just started vitamin d today so I will see how that goes ... I walk for at least two hours everyday have been doing that for months.. I am trying to improve my health but I try stuff and it either does nothing or makes me worse, I can't really engage with people it drains me too much and I feel worse I'm not being rude or just saying this being around people drains me too much, I'm pretty sure I'm hypothyroid so it's hard to do a lot of things ..

what I care about, is that I feel sexual pleasure and that has very little to do with size. I don't really care about what's not my business. I know that's a difficult concept to absorb but it changes everything.

Diets important as well, what do you eat on a day to day basis, and is it sufficient calories to give you enough energy? Being unable to workout and being drained easily seems to me like you aren’t producing enough energy

my calories come mostly from dairy, orange juice, potatoes, yogurt, sometimes beef, some vegetables(ones I can tolerate) bananas only recently added these.. grapes.. cheese, eggs .. I get most days 3000 calories a day sometimes 2500 but I'm gaining too much fat so going to have to go lower calories .. also my digestion just can't handle that many calories.

I would recommend forming a connection between the foods you eat, your digestion, and energy.

If you’re low energy all that food your eating probably isn’t being properly utilized, and so that food was consumed in the wrong context.

Perhaps your diet isn’t the best you can make it, especially if you’re body isn’t utilizing the food.

You could also look into supplements that improve digestion, so that the food you eat actually gives you energy.

It is the best why do you keep assuming I haven't tried stuff? What I eat now is what my body does best with literally ... Not everyone has perfect digestion changing food doesn't just make digestion better ... I've tried digestive stuff they don't seem to make a difference for me, ginger tea seemed to help a little bit before but it stopped working. I'm sure hypothyroidism makes digestion bad?

Because if it’s the best than you’d have more energy, so I don’t believe what you eat is the best.

Salt, vinegar, spices, water content, etc...all of these things affect the stomachs ability to digest food. Perhaps look into how you’re preparing and cooking food.

getting back to the thread subject...the first inch of a woman's vaginal opening is where she feels the most. There is an other point in the back where she has a lot of nerves as well, which I believe triggers additional lubrication in event of having to handle a very large penis.

The way women get sexually stimulated to orgasm is primarily clitoral stimulation and the clitoris isn't in the vagina. There is some point where women can reach orgasm through penis in vagina (PIV) in some cases, but it's not common.

I realize that the clitoral organ reaches as butterfly wings to the sides of the vagina, but bottom line is most women don't orgasm easily with penis in vagina sex.

Women reach orgasms most often through clitoral stimulation, often being on top and rubbing against the man's pubic bone. Or through oral stimulation.

Some women will prefer a man with a large penis. I prefer a woman with substantial breasts. Same thing. Small-breasted women will find men who love them. Big-penis-preferring women will find men who they prefer.

It's all a big yawn. Very normal stuff. But what concerns me is the obsession that men have with their penis size. This is very UNattractive to all women. If a man has any penis, he must be proud of what he has and confident.

Even if it's very small, if he's confident and proud, many women will love the man.

6in is above average I'm pretty sure. I believe average is like 5.5 iirc. Why would it be a worry?

All good points but it's hard to be confident when you have an imbalance in your body ( I've learnt this from this forum) not being able to just go from not being confident to confident and being ridiculed for it just makes things worse, I don't know about you but I can't just say to myself I'm confident and now I suddenly am..

Low self esteem, confidence issues?

OK so start with pre-75 psychology and defeat the narcissist mother-god in your psychology. Low self-esteem and confidence issues GONE. You dream of a bigger penis as its the only part of your masculinity that you feel, or rather, wish you had control of...essentially been castrated. Can't beleeeeee this thread has gone on for so long. So I ain't finna offer any advice again but anyone who understands what the eff is going on, knows what the eff is going on. Good luck.
