Lol ever thought things like thyroid can be stopping certain people from diet and lifestyle changes working ?

my thyroid is 9" and i still can't reach all the spots in my metabolism!!

Well you are asking for advice but everytime anyone tells you something you nonchalantly tell them that doesnt work, you tried it. cant do your own research either. What do you want? You just wanna come here to blow of steam that youre not satiafied with your size. No one cares specially about someone whos just stubborn. You said it yourself penis enlargement. Just save money. Its probably easier for you and faster than thinking you could increase your size any other way. Its not possible thats why people do operation. I cant be bothered to even try help and give you anymore advice because you just seem like an ungrateful prick.

A vagina will expand with arousal .. and yes a 7 inch penis which is 80% percent erect wont be as good as a 6 inch 100% erect but a 100% 7 inch will be better than 100% 6 inch ..

Honestly I've read back through the thread and the only advice I have is you are fine or get sunlight or change your lifestyle or diet .. i have changed my diet many times, doesn't change anything, I've changed my lifestyle, doesn't seem to make much difference, I can't get much sunlight I am in UK I use red light but I don't notice anything from that .. I thought peat talks about people being hypo that things like digestion, retention of minerals isn't good, various problems which will only be corrected if thyroid is fixed I don't see how diet will fix thyroid issues otherwise why do many people use thyroid?

No. If you believe it to be true than you’ve already lost.
Diet, exercise/activity, sunlight, lifestyle, sleep, hobbies.
Diet .. changed it lots off times doesn't seem to make much difference, I don't tolerate lots of foods ... Exercise just makes me feel worse even little exercise ... Sunlight not really possible ATM ... Lifestyle changed it as much as I can ... Sleep .. have sleep problems but it's better than it use to be ... Hobbies .. doesn't seem to do anything for my health..

People have also mentioned practical things you can do, i.e PE, filler, extension, bathmates as well as lifestyle and psychological factors that could contribute. You seem not to want to hear any of that though..

Don’t you think if it was fully understood how to grow a penis without surgery or filler, micropenis’ would no longer exist? But they do. If you’re that passionate about it, make it your life’s work, figure it out yourself, change the lives of millions of men and become filthy rich whilst you’re at it.

But asking for advice and then disregarding all of it isn’t gonna help you progress either toward your goal, or help you just come to terms and accept yourself for the way you are.

I guess you didn't even read my first post in this thread .. I clearly stated the exercises cause me pain even light penis exercises and before they caused me pain I did do exercises but I had no results .. and fillers cost so much money and don't last long and fillers only increase girth .. I am trying to find a way to make my penis bigger .. but tbh I want to be able to forget about it ..

Well then it sounds more like an obsessive intrusive set of thoughts. When people are saying change your lifestyle, they mean that, your lifestyle. That means it’s a work in progress. Of course we all want instant results but that isn’t necessarily going to happen.

Instead of ruminating on the obsession all the time, go out, take your mind off it, socialise, eat well, etc. But then know your limits. If exercise makes you worse, don’t be trying to go hard. Take it slow. Take up an exercise like qi gong which is gentle.

That doesn’t mean that you’ll magically be cured over night. Your mind will still go there but you need to set up habits and be consistent. You also need to realise we are not our thoughts. Most of us (all?) have barely any control over our thoughts 90% of the time.

Sooner or later you’ll realise there’s more to life then the small field that you were looking at all the time.

How much does your well-being mean to you?

You can always move to a sunnier climate

You can go to tanning beds

At the least you can take a vitamin D supplement.

You don’t have to run or workout, you can make a daily habit of walking an hour continuously outside every day on top of your normal activities.

You want to know how to get your mind off of your penis? You have to improve your health, engage in meaningful activities, and surround yourself with good people.

Quit with this defeatist attitude and take action man, every single post you make is an excuse or a complaint. If your action doesn’t work, then try something else. If that doesn’t work than try something else. Keep on trying until you find success.
