I'm not sure if it was excessive use of aspirin or choline bitartrate, or both, but I have been having stomach discomfort for a few weeks. Are bitartrate forms of aminos especially hard on your stomach?

I heard they cause issues such as anhedonia and feed gut bacteria. Therefore it is anti metabolic. However, I'm not sure and someone else can confirm the research behind this.
