Hello, friends,
I travel a lot, this does not always make the diet easy. I do not like meat. I get most of my protein from dairy products.
Do you think 60 grams of protein from milk is sufficient if I take 50 grams of essential amino acids?
Thanks a lot!

Hi Sven (love the name man)
Getting 60g in the short term should be fine, but protein requirements over the long term are higher. Peat mentioned that the minimum amount of protein was around 100g daily, even for people with only desk jobs.
What if you add low fat cheese? That is also a good source of protein.
Extra collagen too. Studies show that adding collagen to the diet increases nitrogen retention on a low protein diet. The collagen should also help to keep your body hydrated and lower the inflammation caused by travel.
