well im new to ray peat
coming from intermittent fasting 8pm to 6 pm
so i used to eat only for 2 hours
and my diet was about
a lot of salad or vegetables (2 pounds )
lot of protein (about 250g=2 pound of any type of meat)
lots of fat ( known as healthy fat = almonds +nuts+ 10 g fish oil supplement)
on a daily basis

on the intermittent fasting i gained in 1 year
60 pounds
i started with 16 per cent body fat
the last day of it i chech it up it was 18.5 per cent body fat

i cant say im a fat man or even obese
i dont have 6 packs
but my body is about muscles and some fat

my fat are only in my abdomen and big rounded butt
like kim ( kardashian)
but it doesnt look bad because i have a very big calves bones and muscles and wide shoulders

and i dont workout
i do like push ups 100 every other day.. i go to gym like 4 days a week
to just enjoy time with my friends
but i dont lift heavy
and i dont spend more than 30 minutes in gym


anyway on 3 october 2016
i started feeling like crap like sh===t
no energy ,,, my color is yellow like i dont have blood running in my body
so my best friend told me to take #iron(comfort )
so i bought it directly after he told me

so after like 2 days of supplementing with iron and vitamin c ( for a better absorption)
i found ray peat articles
i dont remember how
but it was on my birthday , 6 october
and i read like 10 of his articles
i felt in love with his knowledge

anyway i moved into peat style of eating
which is
orange juice as more as you can ( 4 to 6 liters/quart a day)
milk (low fat or skim )
eggs (4 eggs)
sugar whenever i feel stressed ( orange ,,if no orange , honey , if there is no honey white sugar )
carrot (a pound of raw carrot a day between meals )
1200 -1500 mg ( caffeine )
5 cups of magnesium carbonate+ sodium( makes my bowel movement very easy and quick :D )

I AM NOT YOU
peat reccomends that high protein during the day
and fruits/sugarrish things and fat at night to replenish our glycogen stores or something like that as i remember

anyway protein didnt work during the day at all
it gives me sleepy day
and i feel so dumb
i tried protein ratio to sugar 1 to 2
and 4 to 1 and even 6 to 1
nothing worked


and im doing it now the same but i reversed everything hehehe
so fruits/honey/white-sugar/ during the day
im feeling full of energy and very good


and at night im having like 2 meals of protein with sugar and milk
of about 200 grams of protein and 200 to 400 grams of sugarsih things
usually ( hershey cocoa powder + sugar + salt :D )

i gained weight like ten more poound
but it doenst matter
its not fat or water weight
but whats important im feeling im 12 years old smart boy
full of life and energy

i just wanted to share that
maybe someone is having my problem
so

iron is the worst thing by the way
i stopped on 6 october
most of our problems is from iron
