Yesterday I started a new diet

Which is
8 cups of orange juice
4 quart of milk (fat free)
2 cups of sugar for the coffee
4 to 10 eggs a day
Easy workout for 45 minutes

1 Pound of carrot a day

Supplements:
-Some magnesium carbonate
-500 mg calcium carbonate
-1/4 tsp Sodium in every cup of milk
-1 pill super b complex 1st thing in the morning
-1 g taurine with every main meal
-creatine 5g
-coffee 1200 to 1600 mg a day


I'm gonna post everyday my updates ;)

I'm now 244 pound
6.2
18 per cent body fat

You are drinking a lot of liquid! Please put some salt or sugar in it or look for calories without as much water, so you don't lose all your sodium. Eat lots of calories.
That aside, go get sexy!

i stopped the cheese
because the cheese is protein and fat
lots of fat
milk is way way better
and milk is way richer in calcium and nutrients than cheese

Vitamin A toxicity I guess, one carrot is 300-400 RDA of vitamin A, and from previous experience, you will get tired of them and quit after a month.

Too much carrots man. Carrots are not very tasty to begin with. Peat recommends them not because of the nutrients they have but because of their fiber. That's why he advises against their juice, against eating them cooked and against them with a meal. That much carrots may actually inhibit thyroid because of the carotene and that defeats the purpose you're trying to achieve.

Actually I'm doing good
After passing through a severe fatigue for 3 days

I'm gonna tell you what happened

3 days ago I was eliminating blood through my poop
I believe it's from aspirin
So I stopped it for a while

And I stopped all types of magnesium

And now I'm doing mg sulfate which is Epsom salt

I did a solution of mg sulfate
With sodium with water

I put them in a bottle of water

And whenever I'm home
I put some on a paper towel and I pass it on some parts of my body

And I'm doing better like that

And I stopped ojuice at all
Because I was following its effect

I belive citric acid in oj is causing me harm maybe
And maybe the high potassium in it is eliminating the sodium in my body

Because as I know potassium is antagonist to sodium somehow

Now what's making me good
Is a cup of water with half a spoon of salt sodium with 5 tbsp of sugar mixed with water

Every 4 hours
It's elevating my temperature
And killing the stress reaction
And is causing me a healthy complete bowl movement

Mmmmmm
I'm doing since yesterday whole milk lactose free 2 quarts a day
It's really good
And it repaired all the pain in my muscles

But on the other hand .. I'm having a lot of red pimples .
On my face
On my chest
Like when I used to be when I was 12 years old
But it's okay

My strength came back again
As I'm an superactive man usually
But less strength

So very active but tired muscles specially hands

I'm eating broccoli a pound a day
4 Eggs
Today I eat ground beef a pound with some milk and Pepsi

I donno what's the reason for my weakness that I never had it in my my life until peating

I believe there is something missing that I have to notice it

But everything else are good

But my sleep patterns are good
Last day I slept 9 hours
And yesterday I slept 5

But I'm not sleepy during the day at all

No water at all
Because of all liquids I do

I agree with limiting the carrots to several per day because of the beta carotene. One way to tell if your getting too much carotene is if the calluses on the palms of your hands are getting orange. Carrots are great though

You can get high protein cheeses or low fat greek yogurt to cut down on milk if you want. Cottage cheese with minimal additives is good. I like high protein cheese sticks to have with juice or coffee. Shrimp is another good protein.

I think building lean muscle mass through heavy compound lifts like squats and deadlifts is one of the best ways to stay fit. Also getting good sleep to keep testosterone high and cortisol low

Caused me inflammations in my muscles mmmmm


But the more I add sugar the more I get ripped real ripped

Whole milk doesn't have added vitamin A where as low fat milks do. Peat has said that the Vitamin A they add to low fat milk can be poor quality or allergenic. You may be reacting to the added synthetic fat soluble vitamins in the lower fat milk.

Different brands of milk can have different effects too.

I would go with your gut and choose whichever milk digests best.

As for sleep I have chronic insomnia so I'm maybe not the best person to reply to that. I think waking up at the exact same time everyday can really help to regulate the sleep/wake cycle.

Look yesterday i slept at 1 and i woke up at 6

Before i slept 12 and i woke up 9 am

The only difference was eating about 20dates

So tonight i ate about 20 to 30 dates

So i will see if its about the dates

From 2 weeks i ate about 10 figgs before bed and i slept 8 hours

Whats the difference between fruits and white sugar

Is it maybe the nutrients ?
