Yesterday I started a new diet
Which is
8 cups of orange juice
4 quart of milk (fat free)
2 cups of sugar for the coffee
4 to 10 eggs a day
Easy workout for 45 minutes
1 Pound of carrot a day
Supplements:
-Some magnesium carbonate
-500 mg calcium carbonate
-1/4 tsp Sodium in every cup of milk
-1 pill super b complex 1st thing in the morning
-1 g taurine with every main meal
-creatine 5g
-coffee 1200 to 1600 mg a day
I'm gonna post everyday my updates
I'm now 244 pound
