First Day Peater Pan Diet

Yo just wanna share the quick results of first full day eating the peat way.

First let me list everything I ate today:
3/4 gallon orange juice
Energy drink
3 cups coffee well sugared
Pork rinds
Gummy worms
7oz boiled oysters(first time eating them)
Quart of whole fat milk
1 large carrot
6oz asiago cheese
And maybe 2 cups plain water

I just wanna say I had energy all night at my job,im a overnight stocker at Walmart.
My mood seemed great and libido was raised tremendously!

Also after work I did my normal boxing workout,which I was scared the diet would effect my stamina...but it was the opposite. I had way more energy than normal and trounced my punching bag.

Please if you guys have suggestion on tweaks to the foods I'm eating please feel free to help me.
