Hi!
Im struggeling getting more than 2k kcal in a day. Note: allergic to milk-protein. meat, gelatin, oj and muchrooms are great, but they have such little kcal... I saw Danny Roddy's "what I eat in a day vid". He chugs 100 grams of sugar into his milk twice a day and eats icecream + cheese. All high and easy kcal foods but not avaible for us dairy-protein allergy noobs. How do you guys keep up?
Current diet:
1.5L OJ
2 egg
200 grams beef
250 ml potatoe juice
300 ml gelatin bonebroth
some fruit
a coke
muchrooms
100 gram of butter (not sure if this is good because I get hot flashes from it)...
