Vitamins do not share the valence issues but fair question. Too much A does not cause Thiamine to be excreted is what I would say.

I understand what you’re saying about the balance. In terms of what is typically immediately involved like Zinc, I do terrible on zinc. It makes me feel horrible in any form so i think that’s a clue for me.

dont they affect each other. A depletes D and vice versa. E and K. K depletes D. magnesium and calcium. some of the b vitamins interact
