Yeah, maybe. The top and forehead areas just sort of expanded. It might be unnoticeable to most of my friends but at 26 I realized my head looked different than it did those years prior. I really think it has corrected somewhat (Im 31 and started Peating when I made this forum account).
I read one of Ray's articles where he explained how brain inflammation and estrogen can cause abnormal skull growths. I think my skull is far from abnormal, but I do think those degenerative processes were in play for those years. I remember I randomly took a baby aspirin during this time and I slept like a baby for the first time in years.
