Thorne K complete vs Thorne mk4 drops

What's your experience with Thorne's K complete and/or their mk4 drops?

I'm almost out of my k2 (life extension super k) and feel it didn't do much/enough, which could be due to several reasons.

I like the Thorne K complete bc it has a mix and 5mg of mk4,but also excipients.
Then there are the mk4 drops,which are purer but due to its cost, could only take 2mg of it daily.
Which one would be more effective; higher dosed with a mix of k and some excipients or lower dose of only mk4?

(healthnatura and kuinone are no options bc of customs regulations).

bottle of thorne has 15 grams mk4 for 80 euro, these pills have 4.5 grams for 25 euro so price is about the same but then you cant use them topically or you need to play some oil solution.

I found this cheaper one and may take it and dissolve in mct, but im not sure that other fillers will allow to do so.

Thanks, I've already gotten the Thorne mk4 drops, bc I decided with 2 drops a day, I could make it last for a long time.
