Red Specks On Stool, Intestinal Bleeding?

tiny red specks dotted all over stool and tissue after wiping, plentiful in every movement. first noticed some hours after taking small amount of oregano oil. recently have been suspecting i have a parasite so was optimistic in thinking these were eggs but days later, still excreting these things i'm worried it's dried blood. i didn't notice any symptoms from taking the oil, i did two drops two mornings in a row. Please if anyone has any knowledge about parasites or GI bleeding i would much appreciate your opinion

i also yesterday started experiencing this weird sensation, like i can feel stuff in my gut brushing past this one specific area. just to the right of my belly button, no pain though :/
