Hello,
I am 18 and I have been introduced to Peat’s work a few months ago when looking for solutions to my erectile dysfunction (ED) which appeared a year ago along with low energy, low libido, hair loss and mild depression.
After 2 month of "strict" peating (no more than 2g of PUFA a day, only milk/safe fruits/occasional liver), I had more energy and my hair have almost stopped falling but I didn’t see any progress in the sexual area (no erections whatsoever) so I saw my GP and he gave me some blood test to do and these are the results :
- Estradiol : I only know it’s below 5.0 pg/mL so very very low (normal range is 11.3-43.2)
- Prolactin : 23.6 ng/mL (normal range is 4.04-15.2)
- Testosterone : 372 ng/L (normal range is 249-836)
When I came back to my GP with the results, he told me E2 and prolactin are not relevant to the mechanism of erectile function, that my T levels were normal (although very low as I am only 18) and he then gave me some Cialis!! He’s obviously a complete moron but I am very puzzled so I would appreciate some help.
I have every symptom of high estrogen and I read on this forum that prolactin was a good indicator of serotonin/estrogen reserves so I guess that my estrogen is in my tissues. What are your thoughts? How could I tackle this issue?
Also, I have tried lisuride and pansterone without much success : I didn’t notice anything from pansterone while lisuride makes me feel good and more creative but doesn’t improve my ED.
I am still learning English so please don’t mind my mistakes
