- Easier to eat
- You keep all the vitamins / nutriments
- It's far from inedible lol.

Why it's bad to eat raw broccoli?

Yeah brewer yeast is half a supp, I agree.
Not harmfull tho, and full of vitamins.
A small amount might be ok, but goitrogens in raw cruciferous vegetables are well known to inhibit thyroid production.

I'm eating like half a broccoli per day.

Approx half of this.

Anyway, I had my problems (libido) before going this diet. So it's not that.
Also, since doing it, my body is even more muscular than before.
Could this be related?

I'm reading :

" BROCCOLI SPROUTS ARE NON-GOITROGENIC

Of the various cruciferous vegetables, broccoli in fact is not particularly high in these goitrogenic substances and when it is cooked, absence of active myrosinase enzyme means that there are no goitrins produced.

Because broccoli is usually eaten cooked, there is really no need for concern regarding thyroid function.

Where the sprout is concerned, EnduraCell® as a sprouted broccoli product is produced to ensure retention of the myrosinase enzyme but because the progoitrins are virtually absent, there is no risk of compromising thyroid function in this way. "

So I guess :

- I should keep the broccoli seeds (No gointrins).
- Should prob lower my intake of broccoli, not take it everyday, or vapor cook it.

Hello guys.

So Redsun contacted me regarding an NDMA theory, linked to low libido.

If you remember well, I think my problem is minoxidil induced.
The following study and sentence are very interesting.

" Therefore, it was suggested that minoxidil, via opening of KATP channels, reduced intracellular potassium ion level that contribute to mitochondrial depolarization, and suppressed subsequent NMDA-induced mitochondrial depolarization "

This match somehow with his NMDA theory.

I dropped all the supp.

This is my diet for now (not eating everything everday, but mostly this is near an "typical day". Peat inspired obvs.

Do you have any idea of what I can do to fix the * likely * minoxidil induced mess I made?

How's your libido now? Do you have some improvement?

Still non-existent.

Dropped raw cruciferous.
Diet is mostly milk, meat, eggs, fishes, fruits, oats, honey, some cooked vegetables.

No changes.

Tried meth blue.

No changes.

Body still looking incredibly androgenic

Maybe you could try something to elevate your dopamine level
