Too Low Estrogen ?

I might do an experiment soon I'm going to buy estrofem, estrogen tablets .. going to try a low dose and just see what happens , tried all sorts of things to raise dht or lower estrogen and always just get shrinkage.

I bought nutritional yeast today, I have heard that it contains bio-identical estrogen so im gonna experiment with that.

I have stopped every other supplement, i think i have tanked estrogen so much because i have literally 0 libido and shrinked penis.

Its just a bloodflow issue (too thin blood perhaps). The tissue doesn't actually shrink. I would not take estrogen.

It's worth a try , reason I'm going to go with actual Estradiol is because then I know exactly how Estradiol effects me .

Its just a bloodflow issue (too thin blood perhaps). The tissue doesn't actually shrink. I would not take estrogen.

Yh I know the tissue hasn't actually shrunk but low estrogen well I think it's low estrogen causes low blood flow , I can't think of other good ways to raise my estrogen tbh anything else I use effects could be coming from something else using low dose of Estradiol would let me know how it effects me . I doubt just a low dose for a few days or even 1 day would cause any problems.

Yeah. I think it was really low estrogen. I blame the aspirin. Its strange tho cause I remember seeing a study from Haidut that said "Aspirin as effective as viagra"... Maybe it only help people with high estrogen, the same who probably need viagra

Aspirin as effective as viagra wouldn’t be the only time where haidut had gone totally off the rails with his study interpretations.

How long did it take for your estrogen to recover?

I don't know the status of my hormone to be honest. Since trying to keep my estrogen low, my libido and erection are just not there,zero, nothing. My **** even go cold sometimes even when my extremities are really warm.

My chest hair is thinning, my beard grows faster and no more hair loss. Im kinda lost lol, my sleep and appetite are ok too. Anything sexual is just completely out of my mind.

I thought it was low T, but my biceps and my muscle mass didnt reduce at all since I stop training a year ago and started eating more. I would say my biceps are even larger, I even started to notice some strech mark on them like they are growing... Really weird..

Well from experience taking proviron I can agree with some other poster from the first page. Totally emotionless and f... the world feeling. Very dry skin especially on my arms. I want to have sex with women but no libido or sex drive unless a very hot women would get near me.

I’ve been taking nettle root as well and depending on the dose it has more or less the effect of making me extremely dominant where as soon as I see a man staring at me whom isn’t my friend makes me imagine different ways of killing him lol. Nettle root makes me totally apathetic as well even after drinking 3 beers and 3 Red Bull vodkas.

Aspirin makes very outgoing, very social, higher pitch voice and more feminine. Although I wouldn’t say it makes me not want to have sex but my interest in women I don’t “love” dies off. Maybe raises progesterone?

My view: in the current modern western world where I work a lot with women I can’t be low estrogen as showing no emotions whatsoever and not being “outgoing” and “funny” makes you an outcast. I work in sales. Not trying to be charismatic which happens when you have really low estrogen isn’t a choice.

I’m so confused about estrogen and masculinity. On the one hand, higher estrogen in men can be feminizing, as in gynecomastia—and some people on the forum report strong sexual benefits from estrogen-lowering substances like aspirin or the carrot salad. On the other hand, @db9 reported effects like higher pitched voice and more submissive behavior. Do you still get these effects from aspirin, @db9?

My sex drive has been lacking in the past few days, but I think it’s from poor digestion rather than low estrogen. I’m going to try some nightly aspirin and see how it goes.

I would guess the feminizing aspect of aspirin might be individual as well, but hasn’t haidut reported it raises progesterone as well? I just know by comparison of taking things like proviron and nettle root extract which probably kill my estrogen and everytime make me very serious and very confrontational for the slightest thing. Aspirin on the other hand makes me feel like a happy child but that doesn’t mean that I can’t have sex when taking aspirin. The only consistent observations I’ve made related to sex from aspirin is very premature evacuation every time and not so thick fluids as usual upon ejaculation. taking like 2 grams of aspirin kills my libido as well but not 1 gram. If I lived in a perfect world where nobody would try to **** you over I would take aspirin everyday haha but being decisive and territorial is very important as well for a man.
