Has anybody managed to make a decent pizza without starch? I doubt it, but i have to ask.
Would coconut flour pizza be horrible?

Have only tried the portobello pizzas personally
That sounds really good. Is 10-12 minutes long enough to cook the portobellos?
Sounds yummmmmy Will definitely try this - shopping today!Okay I tested out the Portabello Pizza. I did this:
•Cooked two portabello mushrooms for 10-15 minutes on 400 degrees.
•Pulled them out of the oven and used a jar to smash them down so that they were less curved and more flat.
•Put on medium salsa, and then goat cheese and bacon. Back in the oven.
•Cooked for 20 minutes or so at 400 degrees.
Was quite delicious. I only cooked two, wish I had done a lot more. Not much in the way of carbs :/
