I've been using some of the Life Giving Store desiccated thyroid:

But it seems to not dissolve very well when I hold it in my mouth. So what if I put it in vodka to make it more easily sublingually absorbable? Anyone know the solubility in alcohol of desiccated thyroid? And would putting it in alcohol change or inactivate somehow anything important in it?
I searched this forum for "solubility" and didn't find something about this. And an internet search returned this:
