Speaking of chlorine, another possible issue with public wet saunas is inhalation of chlorine compounds or even the essences that they use (some people seem to be allergic to them).

Whenever I have used a public sauna, prior to going in I have always said a silent prayer
a. please don't let them have sanitized and ruined that putrid floor
or
b. please let it smell deeply of bleach and not that dreaded chlorine

Regular sauna increased HGH and Prolactin levels 16 and 2~ fold respectively in male and female subjects over a 7 day period.
RP dislikes hormones that induce lipolysis.
Also, your balls are outside of your body because semen can't survive in a high heat environment, take from that what you will!

Source please, quick search only showed me that levels drop within 60 to 90 minutes after exposure.
