I get an unmistakeable boost in sleep quality with just 300mg, taken minutes before bedtime.

When taking higher dosages, i start getting headaches upon waking up in the morning.

RP mentioned 50-100 mg twice a day with OJ or meal is enough to inhibitFFA/ PUFA release
and he thinks higher doses are fine too. But, a lot of people get bad reaction
to high dose niacinamide because of low sugar/glycogen. Lowering free fatty acid
increases requirement for sugar. It is a good idea to start with low dose and
increase sugar intake if you feel bad.

RP recommends a cup of milk with 2-3 tbs of sugar before bed for sleep
problem. Some salt can induce sleep by lowering adrenaline.
You can use red light therapy to suppress cortisol after sunset,
this will also improve sleep. Low dose cyproheptadine lowers
serotonin and improves sleep, Gelatin is another sleep aid that lowers
serotonin too.

My mentor just recommended I started doing 200mg per meal...what foods have the highest amounts of niacinamide?

Also, on my last blood work my tryglycerides went up to 325 from high 100s since I've started Peating. I have not worked out in 6 months as well. My mentor believes I am having difficulty using sugar as energy or better yet converting carbs to energy. Thoughts?
