Ray peat mentioned lowering PTH for hair growth... Calcium, Vitamin D, frequent small meals instead of big meals all lower PTH. Progesterone and DHEA in olive oil for topical is said to restore skin's ability to make hair. It's said by Ray Peat in a interview YouTube search "Ray Peat Progesterone Hair" Topical Caffeine or Topical T3 is also suggested by RayTrying to get my low zinc and copper up with no success. Still my scalp itching has reduced from it, but only as long I’m taking high zinc and copper doses. A day without and it’s back.
