First of all, sorry for my poor english.
Also, thx all of guys here to solve the thing I ask.
In this post, I would like to write about my situation deeper.

I reviewed family photos, both relatives of my mum and dad do not have hair loss problem before the age of 50.
Now, the hair of my parent are much more than mine( They are >50 years old with good density of hair.)
I'm 28 years old, but suffer from thin hair and hair loss problem, m-shaped and thinned hair, bad density)
The follicles of m-shaped place still alive with tiny little hair, but just won't grow up.
I had a plenty of hair at my teenage or before the age of 24 or 25.

I think I get nasal polyp in my maxillary sinuses.
But this problem since my teenage.
Because I can generate noise inside my head, some click-click noise.
Usually, I can't breathe, feeling suffocate. Causing me stressful and headache
If there are polyp, may be inflammation all the time inside my nose.

I think the nasal problem lead to my hair loss.
1. Inflammation of nasal polyp -> prostaglandins -> hair loss
2. after 24/25, declined metabolic rate -> accelerate hair loss
3. Can't breathe -> stressful -> prolactin + cortisol -> hair loss

Currently,
I'm taking
1. Astaxanthin
2. Super absorbable Tocotrienols
3. Palmetto Guard

Eating
1. Orange
2. Egg
3. Milk sometime

Comming
1. Ordered taurine
2. Ordered niacin
3. Ordered vit D3 and k2

What do you guys think?
And
What should I do and take.

Thx all !!!

You should probably take the blood test before saying that. But generally Ray Peat doesn't believe that genes have anything to do with hair loss.
