True! After years of being health conscious, I only recently understood that onions (and probably garlic) were the main offenders for me. My bowel movements are drastically better without those foods. But because onions and garlic are everywhere, I always thought it was something else causing my digestive issues. As for Peat foods, any juice in the supermarket, even the ones that are "fresh" and without pulp, will bloat me as well as any homogenized milk.

Now my weight is more stable than it ever was and I slowly lose fat.

My metabolism was trashed for a long time (boatload of CFS symptoms, lots of stored PUFA, then I overdid fasting, etc.) and I am still in recovery.

@whodathunkit did you ever try Reverse Therapy (I saw you mention it on PR and I couldn't contact you there. Not stalking you, but I know there are a few of us on that forum and this one)? Would you mind sharing what you did for CFS/ME please? Thanks!
