I think that you can do the equivalent of 'Mewing' for your knob. It's about embodying the endowed man. You need to relax all the muscles around your hips so that there is more blood flow in the area. The hips get tight from sitting and blood flow is reduced. You need to be relaxed and your energy 'outwards' instead of 'inwards' in general. You should relax the PC muscle so much that it feels like you are 'pushing' blood into your bellend; it's the opposite of a kegel, where you contract the muscle. It feels kind of like the sensation of peeing really hard and pushing your stream as fast as you can, or a bit like the first contraction when you take a ***t. Which brand/model of vacuum/water pump would you recommend? How often and for how long do you use it?I am 27 and doing PE since i was 19. I gained around 4 cm, growing form 14 cm to 18 cm in lenght (i do not know how much girth tho). This is my experience:
- Jelqing works but it also causes fibrosis of the penis and reduces functionality over time. Should be avoided in my opinion
- Manual stretching work extremely well in the beginning, stretching the suspensory ligament (downward ligament especially) can make you gain 2.5 cm (1 inch) in a couple of months. By the way this work pretty only on the ligament, stretching the tunica (the penis itself) it's not easy at all, since the tunica isn't elastic at all basically. I have Bathmate Xtreme serie, but i do not know if it is the best, just the most famous. A lot of people now are speaking about LA pumps like best ones.
