Isn't "androgen deficiency the main cause of disease" the same as saying "stress sufficiency the main cause of disease"? And if so, didn't we know that stress is the main cause of disease? Not my intent to discredit serious work Mr. Haidut.

There is some wisdom to be discovered, also, in the racial bias seen in common male-type hair loss. I was watching this documentary yesterday and took note of the excessively thick hair of even the very aged in this tribe. Some of the men have mustaches, but seem to be bald most elsewhere.

George Clooney has had a hair transplant. He had an NW3 in the 90's and was very receded in Syriana. Clinton just has the face of someone with very bad heart issues.

James Franco also got a transplant recently and he looks better than ever. I wonder how his NW3 younger brother feels about that.
:D

I guess we basically agree that it can be gradual, but I believe it's a LOT more common than you think, as in affecting the vast majority of men. Density loss is not noticeable at all for the first several years.

My sample is likely lucky and my personal situation even more is isolated and unique I suppose. I certainly never paid attention to hairlines of celebs as no matter what their situations always play out differently.

From your view do you feel people can stop this assuming they identify the individual issues leading to a dysfunction bigger picture?

Previously I wrote that having a youthful and virile energetic state will help, but so will solving various deficiencies and enhancing the diet, healing the liver, gut and thyroid, and simply stimulating the scalp in an effort to break up hardened protein and mineral deposits and increase blood/lymph flow. Each hair follicle relies on a single tiny capillary for nourishment. Generally if you can improve yourself to the point where your body is strong (ATG squats and free handstand pushups ftw) and lithe (lower body fat means less estrogen which means less stress hormone and DHT) and skin is golden-pink and dewy, the hair will benefit in the same way. That's been my experience having regrown from NW1.5 to NW0.5.

Is 11-Keto-DHT a bioequivalent DHT?
Why bio-equivalent? are they more expensive? what are they advantages over non-bio-equivalent or synthetic?

If the study is taken seriously, the mainstream therapy of (literally) castrating males as a "cure" for everything from prostate issues to diabetes and baldness must stop immediately.
It's hard to feel sorry for anybody dumb enough to let another person cut off their genitals

As far as the link between androgen and chronic disease goes, this post has changed my perspective and I really appreciate you sharing this information. It's no wonder there are so many anti-androgenic chemicals in our food supplies and environment. The system we live in seeks to perpetuate itself so testosterone it has an interest in lowering. This also helps to explain the hypersexuality and pornography this culture constantly pukes out at us since orgasm depletes testosterone.

In light of this information, I'm going to increase pregnenolone, niacinamide, DHEA supplementation, as well as put more red light on my testicles and ejaculate less. Thanks again @haidut.
