Some of those guys over there are really crazy and do exercises/weight hangs for hours every day.
Ok I see what you mean - I am looking at these muzzling devices and I am looking at men attach 10 pounds to their penis! Crazy stuff - from all the stuff I have seen so far - I like the pump - it seems the easiest and safest to start for a beginner - do you have a lot of experience with different devices and do you think you can say which one might have had the best results while still being safe of course and maybe less effort if possible i would like to be able to multi-task doing these things if possible

I think that you can do the equivalent of 'Mewing' for your knob. It's about embodying the endowed man. You need to relax all the muscles around your hips so that there is more blood flow in the area. The hips get tight from sitting and blood flow is reduced. You need to be relaxed and your energy 'outwards' instead of 'inwards' in general. You should relax the PC muscle so much that it feels like you are 'pushing' blood into your bellend; it's the opposite of a kegel, where you contract the muscle. It feels kind of like the sensation of peeing really hard and pushing your stream as fast as you can, or a bit like the first contraction when you take a ***t. You should experience an increase sensation in the area; imagine trying to fill it with blood without clenching the PC muscle and cutting off the supply. You can experiment with having sex or masturbating while doing this; you will notice that you won't be able to ejaculate if you do it correctly (premature ejaculators tend to have small members with tight surrounding musculature, and delayed ejaculators tend to have larger members with more relaxed surrounding musculature). It feels really awesome and powerful to have sex in this way. When I was younger I would unconsciously squeeze the PC muscle and would have PE, but now I can last as long as I want, and I've also increased my size by just doing this. Give it a try!

Incredible - I just tried it - Genius - i do feel so much more blood flow when i try this - posture is really key to so many different things - did you develop this method yourself ? I don't have much experience. I did a bit of research when I was younger and more insecure, but later I realised that it doesn't really matter - 6 inches or so should be fine for most women anyway. I want to spend my life creating interesting things, not squishing my knob into tubes and dangling weights from it all day lol. It would be nice to experience having a big one though.

I've never done it seriously because of the time commitment. I do Ulis (I think that's what they are called, where you grab at the base and push as much blood into the area as possible) whenever I masturbate, and I also do like literally 1 minute of stretches and Ulis per day in the shower. Kind of just for fun lol

I've grown about a half inch with minimal work since researching this stuff years ago, and that can be maintained without any effort. Yeah, I have a bunch more of these schizo physiognomy ideas that I never talk about irl lol. It's all about form following function and that there is at least some order to nature/reality that can be tapped in to.

My favourite of these types of techniques are related to the eyes and vision. I used to have terrible vision before I started 'practising' it. Now my eyes are very functional and beautiful, with long lashes and bright irises. I used to have sad bug eyes. It's crazy how adaptable the body is.

Beauty has always fascinated me. I think physiognomy is legit (to an extent); what you look like is what you are. I'm able to just look at a person and know everything about them intuitively. I think babies and animals are good at doing this - maybe you have the sense for this too?

Anyway, beautiful people are 'beautiful on the inside' in the sense that they are physically very functional. Their breathing, balance, eyesight, etc. are great. I am 27 and doing PE since i was 19. I gained around 4 cm, growing form 14 cm to 18 cm in lenght (i do not know how much girth tho). This is my experience:
- Jelqing works but it also causes fibrosis of the penis and reduces functionality over time. Should be avoided in my opinion

why do you mention beardy handsome alpha males? beardiness isnt associated with alpha, handsomeness it depends,
the models ive seen or met seemed to have lots of anxiety as well as insecurity
what are the 'honour perspectives'

I have Bathmate Xtreme serie, but i do not know if it is the best, just the most famous. A lot of people now are speaking about LA pumps like best ones. I use it 4 times a week for 20 minutes doing my best to keep an erection (even if it is difficult). i never use it in the days when i have dates or goi to clubs, it causes fatigue and worsen erectile quality in the short term (like in sport, you do not workout the day of the match otherwise you are gonna be tired).

i don't know te supplements, but probably everythign that raises NO. Lactate also stimulates angiogenesis. Instead a lot of Peaty stuff like progesterone inhibits it.

Not to be a negative Nancy but it can actually be TOO big to be fun. My ex- husband was 5'10' super lean, not a huge guy but his ginormous penis was actually not that fun for me bc it was just kind of a beast, it had a mind of its own. He is Polish /Welsh and the only thing that I can think of is that he used to work out all the time, did not eat junk food ( except these things called Power bars ) but he was an avid mountain biker ( like almost every day he rode ) and I'm sure his Vitamin D was super high. AND... he was a huge stoner. He was fun .
