But maybe it would be good to mention that that was like 50 years ago, I never saw him talk about B5 in recent years.

Yes. It seems to mess with biotin though, so I cant take too much.
B5 and B7 compete for the same transporter IIRC. So ideally taking it a few hours apart.

Chris Masterjohn has a two part video series on B5 alone. (4h+ total)

Yes I also think thats the mechanism, but I get deficiency symptoms no matter how I take them. But I cant take too much biotin because that seems to be bad for my liver. So, catch 22 here

How does biotin affect your liver function?

Also what symptoms does biotin deficiency cause for you personally?
