Long story short:
I have had chronic depression and arthritic knee pain since about 14 years of age. I was also fed formula as a child and suspect that I likely have a pretty shitty bacterial population in my gut. After reading around here and the phoenixrising forums, a bit, I've amassed a lot of chemicals more expensive than I can afford, and I intend to take them all over the next week (which I've booked off work).
I was hoping for some advice either on dosing, or timing of these supplements. I will not be eating any food for the duration of this.
My current plan is:
Morning: (aiming to lower gut permeability)
b complex
20g glutamine
3g vit c
500mg reduced glutathione
1200mg tumeric
1500mg colostrum
1g TMG
180mg gamma oryzanol
38mg zinc carnosine
2 capsule of s. boulardii
A few hours later: (aiming to dissolve biofilm)
A shot of apple cider vinegar
1800mg EDTA
400mg Natto Extract
30 drops of kordon methylene blue
pure gum turpentine (yet to work out dose, perhaps a tablespoon?)
500k IUs of serrapeptase
An hour later: (aiming to kill bacteria/fungus)
2(?) small softgel capsules of oregano oil
720mg allicin
200mg doxycycline
powdered ginger (mixed with hot water? not sure of dosage)
powdered ceylon cinnamon (mixed with hot water? not sure of dosage)
An hour later:
4-6 capsules of activated charcoal
Then assuming I'm not dead, I'll repeat this in the evening.
I aim to do this for at least 7 days whilst water fasting. At the end I intend to use a two week course of Elixa probiotic whilst eating mainly rice.
I also intend to add Clostridium Butyricum at some stage. Apparently this feeds on lactic acid, so perhaps I could start this one during the fast/cleanse, as opposed to afterwards?
Well... Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
