St. John's Wort: PSSD Eliminated, Anhedonia Gone, Emotions Online!

Hi guys.
Yesterday, I stumbled upon this thread.
Today, I went to drugstore, bought the st John's wort. Tomorrow I will try it.
Switzerland, its over the counter, but its expensive. 30 franks for 30 pills 500mg.View attachment 55776
I have high hopes for this to work.

I just want to report back if anyone is interested to hear. Experiment failed.
I did not get satisfying and permanent results from this.
First pill I took moved a needle and I went to 3 pills every day(3X450mg), but the effect was lost after one month use.
I will continue taking 1 pill every morning for now, cause it does something, but the effects I was hoping for to get like lokzo are not there.

If you benefited at some point from it then it could be worth trying to use it in cycles or day on / day off. Or even smaller doses can be better anyway, I find this with a lot of supps, especially ashwaghanda.
