I also own a chickenbrooder lamp made to peats suggestions but must say I havent felt that one beneficial to the same degree.
Generally I actually wouldnt recommend more then 15 minutes aday and you should as redlightman says dont go closer then 30-40 cm from the source to avoid rna damage etc. (dont panic about it) . One of the reasons is that many of the frequencies depleat the body of cytochrome c oxidase which is one of the way redlight functions but there are individual frequencies increasing its production. That can be found in the links I gave. But basically just dont overdo it. 15 minutes a day is good.
On aspirin the advices differs. Peat says even up to 5 grams or more a day is ok , but that is advice given about severe cancers. I dont think that is advisable. Usually most of the effects can be gotten by a couple hundred milligrams a day. If the aspirin hurts your stomach dissolving the pill in warm water and drinking it with food can help. Also start slow. If at all. I must say though that after starting grounding regularly aspirin no longer helps. I suspect one reason is that aspirin is a bloodthinner and grounding naturally thins blood to healthy levels (not beyond, but if one is on bloodthinners when grounding beware as it will reduce the needs for the meds). It does this primarly by changing the zeta potential of the bloodcells, making them repell each other and thus not clump. This also affects erections positively a propos the subject of the thread though not exactly. There are many other effects of grounding though and it is extremely safe as all living creatures are naturally grounded 24/7 in nature and we are evolved for that. It puts you in contact with the earths magnetic field which is extremely powerfull due to the size of the earth and thus shields the body of frequensies (emfs) up to 100hz at least or something like that. It also takes part in regulating circadian rythms as the field fluctuates during the day affecting the bodies hormone secretion and the parasympathetic nervous system. And not to neglect, it gives an endless source of free electrons which is very Peaty indeed as it is a bioenergetic phenomenon. The earth provides negative electrons that gets stored in the body and thus stops things like cytokine storms and really turns down chronic inflamation. And lastly it discharges charge and static electricity building up in the body through friction and distance from the ground.
How to ground is just touching the earth. But since that is unpractical 24/7 there are stuff you can buy. Skin touching the earth (especially feet and palms) is the most natural way but usually I ground with "equipment". All earthing equipment is just extension cords to the earths surface. The greatest effects are from grounded sleep.

Some people are afraid of it working as an antenna but that is bogus as antennas for emfs is not grounded. It is the opposite. Not being grounded makes you an antenna. No need to look into it though its just in case you come across weirdos.

I would get a sleeping mat, and connect it either to the ground itself with one of their grounding rods or to the groundpin in a grounded soccet (not electrical). ALso concider a universal mat and some patches. Sleep directly on the mat (some cotton in between is ok but slows it a bit. maximum effect is naked directly on if u are ok with it), Have the universal mat under your feet or **** at office/dinner table/couch. Put an attached patch on an area close to a problem to maximise conductivity to that area. (I I sleep on a mat + patches) Also soles of hands and feet can be used for patches. If you really get into it buy something to ground you when you are walking (groundology sells it) its not as good as barefoot but practical. Of course that only works if you are on a conductive surface like sement or gravel or dirt, not on asphalt.
Usually you feel better by it but the body can be very stress and some experience some discomfort, tingling, sweating etc for a couple of days but that always resides when the bodies thirst for electrons has been quenched and the bodys systems normalizes. It doesnt cure everything but its seriously effective.

Edit: also black cummin is the same as black seed as far as I know. It is sort of effective though personally I cannot tolerate it. It has some estrogenic properties but Peat is quite positive to it though. It has terpens so if you know you are sensitive to it or has an overburdened liver it might not sit well with you. If you try it be sure to get a quality product. organically gronw, carefully produced and in dark bottles as it is both very volatile and photosensitive.
Thanks. Do you know a way to measure it? in terms of to know if its working with a number. The same way you can measure electricity with one of these devices, im not sure how it's called. I just want to know if it's properly installed.
When you say sitting directly on your **** on a chair you must be naked? and what about feet? if you are in winter, it's too cold to not wear socks. I am right now with no socks putting my feet on the ground. Is this grounding?

I would really like to measure these things. I assume it can be done. I would really like a tutorial that you can verify that it is correct, in how to set it up etc. Do you know one in youtube? that is a full lenght movie. I will look into it when I have the time for info, but I would like a straight tutorial to buy the stuff and set it up. I will buy from the shop you recommended. Something I have noticed is that I am very prone to small electrocution when I touch the computer case, or the headphone pre amp case which is a metal case that sits on top of the computer case. Im not sure if it's related. I have to unplug the whole thing, not only shut it down but unplug everything otherwise i get these electricity shocks or whatever is named.
I am interested in setting this up correctly since it's something that only has to be set done once and everything helps. Similarly to the air purifier. I use an HEPA air purifier and since then I haven't had nasty cooking smell from the neighbours. I just have to change the filter every 6 months and vacuum clean it every 2 weeks or so.

As far as healthy sex life, well this thread is about premature ejaculation so it's assumed that's difficult since you cum too fast.
