I had the same Prolactin after ejaculation, like I always have, 6 ng/ml, I can hardly say I have a libido.
For those scared that intercourse, masturbation or nocturnal ejaculation will sure built up prolactin like crazy.

Nocturnal ejaculation occurring in dreams will increase prolactin?

I do not subscribe to the concept anyway like I was saying based on my own results, so I would not be the right person to ask that.
Best is to do blood work and see for yourself how you react after night time ejaculation, masturbation and intercourse, rather that setting you mind on something that may not even be your truth.

@Vins7 Yes and no. No lasting improvement from any supplement or so. On the other hand, I've been flirting with a girl for the last few weeks, and it has helped me somewhat. It's completely dependant on her getting me turned on though, and it's possible the positive effect of that is already disappearing (we haven't slept yet though).

Low-dose aspirin (100mg) daily really dramatically improved my erections strength, sexual endurance, random boner frequency and just sexual confidence as a side-effect of all those things. I've cycled on and off the aspirin to see the effects more clearly - I always notice a dramatic increase in erection strength.
I've come across this because haidut mentioned it, and said it is as effective as viagra.

Do you experience any side effects when taking daily aspirin? I tried it a couple years ago but stopped pretty quickly due to experiencing facial flushing. Honestly I can't remember 100% if that was why I stopped though.

I have noticed that K2 definitely helps libido at 5mg daily , but unfortunately for me at least it comes with some serious side effects which are hair loss and constipation. It's nice to have a more normal libido but if it comes along with your hair falling out and being too bloated to wear most of your pants then it's difficult to stick with it.

I stopped the aspirin because I got bruising from it, probably because I took too many things that tend to thin the blood.

Optimizing vitamin D levels (40-60ng/ml) and getting sufficient calcium (for me ~2000mg) a day is also a very reliable way to boost libido for me.
I have underestimated the power of these two things for a long time.

Interesting. I take D3 but I'm lactose intolerant so I have no dairy other than a little lactose free milk each day (maybe 500 MG). I've felt in the past like drinking more milk was hurting my libido. I read something about lactic acid being bad for libido, but not sure if that's fake. I tried supplements and natural stuff like stinging nettle but those all make me badly constipated and just aren't a realistic option at all. Not sure how I can get more calcium in a reliable way without negative side effects.

I might give aspirin a try for a few or two because why not? I can't really seem to find any that isn't 500mg though, but I'll keep looking.

A thought that just hit me is; what about oxytocin? It seems to be involved in libido, no? Could low oxytocin cause my issues?

Zinc piccolinate 50-100mg daily. Since I started zinc little nipple fat went away, I feel more aggresive masculine through out the day and pennis seems fuller. I didnt have libido problems before, but I suspect what I experience is an increase in adrogens which is always helpful in these cases. Zinc is also anti-prolactin, anti-estrogen, pro-testosterone. Aspirin also makes wonders in boner strength (probably due to its blood thinning effect, thus circulation to your member is eazier).
Some people say 50-100 mg of zinc is too much. Have you felt any adverse effects at that dose of Zinc?
