I was told 90:10 was the best ratio

This is only 95%, I told you 96%.
96% is absolute ethanol.
No wonder you still have residue.

It's a poor solvent, it increases the dermal flux when present between 1% and 10%, that's it.
Why would you further dilute a solution without increasing absorption or dissolving the crystals ?

I'm done eating Peaty since December.
I started eating again everything in sight from pasta to pizza going through bread and cookies.

The trick is now I have every evening with every meal 4 raw garlic cloves that I chew with every bite.

It's tremendously helping my candida flare ups : no more headaches, no more nausea, not even bloated after a pound of bread.

Energy throughout the day, good libido.

Supplements :

- NOW B-50 once in the morning
- 100mg oral DHEA twice a day

By doing

25ml vitamin E
5ml of food grade ethanol,
1 gram Testosterone

you have testost-e, dissolved into the vitamin E so it can attach to chylomicrons just like progesterone would.
the alcohol lets you bypass the heating and stirring solution and it dissolve straight in

It is approxmiately, but not exact, going to give 1mg per drop.

Did any tried the formula above? Im interested if the Vitamin E + ethanol would feel better than the IPM formula.
