Been experiencing shortness of breath, a very smart constant anxiety, depression for the past 2 years. Eating basically anything will make these symptoms worse but mostly carbs, sodas or eating to much. I noticed I store alot of visceral fat I'm 32 5 9 about 210 and my upper midsection is a tad prominent. After eating I get bad bloating there and I think alot of my anxiety and issues breathing stem from bloating interfering with my diaphragm or something similar. All these years I'm thinking how to calm down my anxiety and possably use thyroid medication etc but maybe it's digestion or a cardio issue, sibo or gut bacteria. I know it's weird but in the mornings I feel improved not fully better but alot improved I'm guessing because I haven't eaten any food contributing to digestion and bloating issues and or feeding bad gut bacteria that could cause anxiety issues on top of it all. Also it's uncomfortable laying on my left side feels like my heart is suphocating. I also remember that I was homeless for 10 days a year ago and as crazy as it sounds I haven't felt that good in a while because I had to go to soup kitchens and eat vegtables and what they gave me there so I ended up losing some weight and I was feeling better. I'm no doctor but I just feel like I need someone to tell me what my main issue is or if it sounds like a possable medical issue or someone to elaborate on all this
