NOT SURE but I think you can stop eating small portions so frequently once you fix your metabolism, correct?
Example: f you ate a big heap of mashed potatoes and guzzle it down with skim milk, it leaves you full for several hours (so you're not even hungry the rest of the day) is that bad for the metabolism?
