Oatmeal is filling but makes this dude very sleepy.

Apparently soaking doesn't make much of a difference because it doesn't contain enough phytase, so you'll need to add another grain to soak with it that contains enough phytase to release or unbound the phytic acid from the minerals.

Ray Peat has mentioned to cook for over 40mins to release the calcium, I mean I just add milk tbh.

I mean I do enjoy it, add fresh fruits or cook apple slices and bannas, cacao, honey, even gelatin powder, very nice.

I dont know what to eat for protein. im overwhelmed.

Muscle meats lamb and beef w/gelatin from either a homemade jello or collagen from a can
Shrimp, Cod, Sole
Eggs be sure to include the oj
Bone broth-you might be in what I might consider a "soup phase"
And if you're not dairy intolerant:
Cottage cheese
Milk
Greek Yogurt

thanks I will try but all the cottage cheese have gums yuck.
Very easy to make your own farmers cheese with no gums.
Heat milk.
Add vinegar and stir till it curdles thoroughly.
Strain.

Question; My temps are overall good, but nothing makes me sweating, my palms real warm and overal feeling of highness, in the morning or midday as a fresh cooked oatmeal. What does that says?

I used to had the same with rice and butter, but that's not giving the same effect anymore.
