Could anyone suggest what this tells me…
My mind got on to insoluble fibre, I realised that I don’t get much and I get way more soluble… maybe feeding the bad bacteria.
So I bought some all bran cereal which is 80% wheat bran. And had a large bowl…
Oh my good god, for hours I never felt so bad. The rest of the day I had headache nausea, foggy fatigue.
At first I wasn’t sure what caused it but it’s happened twice more with smaller bowls…
So what does this tell me?
Is it irritating my gut causing serotonin release?
Is this endotoxin / die off of bacteria?
How do I improve this situation. It’s basically like it’s made my usual daily symptoms much worse.. so maybe a good clue what to work on?
