My BP is often in the 130/90 range.
I relate it to inflamation due to some kind of infection, but never thought about Aldosterone being the culprit. Will defly try the salt thing!
However, sorry for my ignorance, but can someone enlighten me, for what most possible reason Aldo would be elevated?

Aldosterone is elevated in normal people to retain salt potassium etc. It’s the bodies way of getting concentration in blood right.
It may not be that relevant to blood pressure, but blood volume.

if you have a bp monitor at home try it. Eat 20g of salt a day Nd in a day or two your bp might drop.
