How To Naturally Keep High Erection Quality & Libido For Your Whole Life?

    hey guys,

    I'm in my mid 20s (26) and I notice my libido and erection hardness isn't quite 100% and Ive only had sex once in my life...I used to be scared of loosing my hair, but I'm more scared of loosing my penile function before I get a chance to use it...If I get to the point where I cant get a hard erection, shitty libido and I cant go 2 or 3 times in 1 night I really don't see the point in living. sex is a really very important aspect of life.

    what can I do naturally (no steroids) to keep my sex life in full gear into my 50s 60s 70s & 80s (or until I die whenever that happens)?...If natural things don't work then Viagra Cialis and Steroids will be used If I can afford them lol.

    So I take it you "self serve" 2 - 3 times per night, is that correct?

    When I was 19 -22 years old I felt very horny and would "self serve" 2 - 5 times per day. at 22 I gave myself a very bad varicocele from over masturbation and almost had hypogonadism testosterone was like 450 and I felt like what I imagine a 90 year old dying man would feel. (brain fatigue, could barely work, no energy or libido, prostate enlargement ect.)...now after 4 years I mostly healed myself of the varicocele. and I masturate mainly 2 or 3 times per week. sometimes more sometimes not at all.

    one way for sure is NOT worrying about the sex you may (or may not) have in 50 years

    believe me I'm more worried about the sex I may or may not have right now in my mid/late 20s lol..im not thinking that far ahead.

    I certainly can appreciate that. Your erection is a function of your health.
    Take care of yourself and you won't have to worry about your erection.
    Your erection isn't something to take care of any more than you don't ask "what can I do to make sure my eyelids keep blinking or my toenails keep growing"

    To answer your question "what can you do naturally"
    realize whatever you'd do for your wood is what you'd do for your heart, liver, spleen, brain, etc...
    I know this isn't probably what you were looking for but its the correct answer.

    Are you trolling? If you believe sex is a very important aspect of life and you've only had it once then obviously this is contradictory.
    Living for pleasure is pure stupidity and makes the entirety of your life meaningless.


    Anyways you should train your inner thighs, try split-style stretches. Press your feet together and working your hamstrings
    Increasing dopamine helps quite a bit too. Mucuna is used by many for this purpose but I've read dangers of it too: Any long-term l-dopa/mucuna pruriens users • r/Nootropics
    Marmalade contains compounds that help increase blood flow.
    So does high quality dark chocolate.
    Horny goat weed is an interesting supplement too; many use it for sexual purposes; you can convert the energy to exercising though. Not sure if Peaty; it is pro testosterone though.

    Cold showers can help extremely(Peat not a fan of the cold; you can counter the cortisol with sugars/salt); I use it for exercise instead of sexual desires though.
    Incorporating HIIT training is shown to great increase DHT; simply doing sprint training is sufficient enough.

    You really should find a higher purpose to live for than just sex though.

    Testosterone will naturally decline as you age, taking testosterone is the only way you are going to keep it at high levels into old age.

    Lost of erection can be a symptom of poor blood flow.

    It doesn’t decline much from age. It does so from health issues. Many men have good T into old old age.

    Having issues with erection quality during ritual masturbation is not abnormal. I think it's to be expected. Masturbation is not sex. Me and my wife go through periods where we have sex 1-2x per day for up to 2 weeks. Sometimes I don't climax at all, but still have very good erection quality, and I enjoy it every single time. IME performance and erection quality becomes a problem when you stop enjoying it and start thinking about it. Focusing on pleasing your partner also disrupts things - if you focus on the experience and each other, pleasure will come to both of you.

    Yeah because it is. Its just very hard for me to get laid. Im not a guy who can get sex easily. I have social anxiety and i stutter. Girls don't just go around giving me sex...I feel like i wasted my sexual prime and it sucks.

    I think its the dhea progesterone and DHT that declines with age. Not so much testosterone..and aromatase goes up also

    Can you guys give me some peat inspired supplements or foods that are good for libido and erections?
    I noticed when I drink alot of coffee I feel strong and energized but my penis turtles and I have not much libido I don't know why.
