I was just wonder how much meat (muscle meat) do you eat in an average day?

Also do you always consume it with gelatin?

I generally consume 8-12oz a day of some form of muscle meat,, mostly in the form of lean ground beef

Its a special occasion kind of thing for me, I haven't had any for a fortnight. I used to eat muscle meat everyday but feel better by not.

Just iced coffee and Great Lakes Gelatin and a few dozen oysters.

Small amounts of liver and mussels. That's it. Same with Dave, it makes me feel bad.

I use to eat 8-20oz of meat per day. Now I only eat 8-20oz per week from liver and oysters. Muscle meat messes up my sleep and drops my blood sugar hard. Gelatin, milk, eggs, cheese are my daily proteins.

Still don't understand how Gelatin and its protein works...but until recently 20 - 30 + oz of beef in forms of steak, ground beef and roast beef.

In attempt to hit my protein macros, I eat 2 - 3 eggs, lots of seafood including oyster, sushi/sashimi, fish tacos and salmon etc. Yup, I will be reducing muscle meat as I can assimilate milk.

Gelatin helps the meat; for starch, spaghetti squash is okay.

How could your gut be this troubled? Ic ould only but imagine your squalor and suffering if you happened to be a peasant during the feudal times. You would have nothing to eat but slightly milled grains and whatever tubers you could gather, maybe the odd bit of meat as a treat. How would your stomach treat you then?

I used to eat lamb shanks daily but have swapped it for low fat fish (barramundi). I either steam or fry it with some garlic and mushrooms.

I feel much better this way. Red meat gives me bloating, I think the iron benefits bacteria increasing endotoxin.

I think my craving for red meat was actually just craving for protein because now that I eat more fish I don't crave meat at all.

I eat 3-5oz of meat with breakfast, usually pork. Another 6-12oz at dinner, whitefish or beef.

I dont use any gelatin products.

I'm very used to a high state of being; if I'm not in a euphoric mood, then something's wrong.

Such_Saturation has mentioned a state of "bliss" that goes away when he consumes things that feed gut bacteria and perpetuate endotoxin. I can tolerate these things, but I'd need to compensate by spending my time doing pleasurable things to get the dopamine, such as porn, video games, and movies. I'd much rather work.

Actually I think BCAA's have been lowering both my brain serotonin AND dopamine, which is why I have felt so irritable and lackluster as of late. I am going to stop taking the BCAA's for sure as well as start to watch out for my endotoxin intake, because I havent been as on top of that lately.
