Lowering starch and muscle meat making fat loss easy

I don't have eggs in the morning. I normally have it at lunch and not at night. What do you have for breakfast?
My usual morning is lots of milk in my coffee, maybe a cup worth, lately two or of three macadamias between the two of 3 coffees, or mozzarella, then i might have a half cup of cottage cheese (without gums and such) salted and topped with orange marmalade or lingonberry jam. Sometimes I have my homemade ice cream or custard, or I go straight into having my liver with masa cheese pupusa or shrimp. Today I had some leftover beef I had from a open face beef dip and had it with a cup of the homemade beef broth I made yesterday. Sometimes I will have leftover corn and soy free wings that I made for dinner the night before.
