I can't tell any difference from anything dietary related. Don't feel any difference whatsoever between drinking/eating and not drinking/eating milk, OJ, carrots, potatoes, meat, fruit, liver, starch, gluten, seafood, etc. Sugar doesn't make me feel better, it doesn't feel like anything. Gelatine has no discernible effect in any quantity. Supplements do nothing. Magnesium: nothing. Vitamins: nothing. Selenium: nothing. Zinc: nothing. Can't gain muscle, can't lose fat. My body isn't even physically capable of withstanding exercise anymore. Sunlight doesn't make me feel better. I can't control how well I sleep. Nothing makes a difference. Trying for longer just means trying for longer without a result.
