Above all reduce iron and improve bioavailable copper - no need to hyperfocus on PUFAs in my own experience - I consume 8g of PUFAs per day, but I also consume nearly 4000 calories a day - It is possible with lean ground beef, 4-6 eggs and some wild fish.
I just avoid vegetable oils, nuts, seeds.
