In this thread:
https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/vitamin-a-stimulates-testosterone-production.6397/
it is said that vitamin a stimulates testosterone which could lower LH, but haidut says that it may be because vit A increases the amount of proteins (receptors) that LH interacts with.
Is vitamin A actually helpful if if just increases your sensitivity to LH rather than lowering it?
It comes down to whether or not vitamin A stimulates hormones by itself or just increases our sensitivity to LH?
calling out smartest RPFers for this one @haidut @ecstatichamster @Such_Saturation @charlie
