I'm wondering if someone ever read or listen Ray Peat or Haidut mentioning an ideal or a maximum carbohydrate amount per meal.
I'm trying to plan my diet now following Ray Peat's work, kepping fat intake at about 30% I need to increase my carbs intake to at least 300gr per day. Not sure how to fit them in my meals without causing any issues.
I have started to also make two drinks per day with 8oz of OJ each, water and Salt. I drink one of those in the AM between brekfast and Lunch, and the next between lunch and dinner. I basically have a costant drip of sugar into my stomach all day, is this good practice?
