Hereabouts, every available non-organic milk brand lists the following ingredients ("stabilizers") mixed into the milk: sodium trifosfate, monossodium monophosphate, dissodium diphosphate and sodium citrate.

The technical names vary a bit but it seems to be the same stuff in every milk.

According to the milk carts there's 130mg sodium per 200ml milk.

Is this normal? Is it bad? May one drink two quarts daily of this kind of milk?
