Even so, as you can see, fecal mass is a lot of water, bacteria, fat and other substances besides fiber. Eating an orange or other fruit nets you very little actual fiber.

And I think we are getting pretty off topic. As far as I'm concerned, a lot of fiber is at least not necessary and could be detrimental to health. I'm wondering if there is anything wrong with zero fiber vs a small amount.

I guess time will tell, so far it's been very beneficial. No bloating or gas. Small, easy to pass stool. Flat stomach all day. No signs of increased estogen.
