What do you consider to be great?

Unfrequent which is a sign that I absorb most my food and the surplus doesn't need to be evacuated.
Sometimes loose stool that procure and immense emptying sensation that is way more satisfying than "perfectly formed stools".

If the small intestine is in bad shape, polyphenols and fiber will cause inflammation in the colon. Going super high animal protein and no fiber for a time is thus the first step in gut repair.
he doesn't say a word about fodmap or fructose?
these are damaging as well.
