Hi all,

I don't know about you, but I value a high libido.

I wrote an article on how to boost libido for those who may be interested.
5 fundamentals to have in place for a high libido » MENELITE

Let me know what you've tried and what's worked for you.
Good Article Hans. I Value a High Libido too.

Dopamine Increase is a No Brainer. Also Eating Chocolate Boosts Dopamine.

I also read somewhere in the Past, that you should not go higher as 40% Ratio on Fats, to hold Dopamine high. Mostly Mine is Around 30% of my Calories Nowadays.

We also Posted our Experiences in the Past with Vitamin E. So this is also a No-Brainer.

One Thing i should Concentrate More, is eating More Carrot Salad with Coconut Oil for the Gut (Endotoxin). It is something i do WAY to less....:D

Hans, just wanted to say you are great for all the information you put out .... just my opinion here, but whenever I get a libido boost, I really think those states are not sustainable for long term .... several days at the most, but the brain and body always tries to revert back to baseline

Hey @Hans ,

great write up.. I’ve read negative things on supplementing choline on here. I saw it as you #2 dopamine booster and wanted to see your thoughts as I tried a uridine/choline supplement and certainly felt better but stopped after reading on the choline aspect.

here’s the link: https://www.amazon.com/Choline-Supplement-Enhancer-Stearates-Guarantee/dp/B07XCNBNDF
Thanks man. Excess choline is definitely bad but not everyone get negative symptoms from choline. I'd say that if you feel better then you don't have an excess or at least a problem breaking acetylcholine down.
Just keep an eye on symptoms that I outlined in the High Acetylcholine articles. Symptoms such as depression, suicidal ideations, anhedonia, etc.

Whenever my health improves my libido actually diminishes. I crave more exploration, laughter, socializing, movement and much less sex. Or I might just misinterpret what "better" health is ☺

Chocolate is great, but I'm not sure if it actually boosted my libido before. I should pay more attention, but then on the other side, I rarely have chocolate.
Yeah the carrot salad is a very simple and cheap way to help lower endotoxin. However, personally, I can't say I've noticed anything from it either.

Yes agreed, rest is necessary. I definitely don't think such things should pre-occupy your life, but I also don't think doing it once or twice a month (or even only once a week) is normal.

I Rarely have them too. Mostly i use around 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder nowadays (every Second Day). In the Past i would have half of a Dark Choclate Bar (70%)

Yeah, it's a really Cheap way. I have a Bag a 1KG Package of Carrots everytime in my Fridge. Also i buyed some Activated Charcoal which i get at Tuesday. So Endotoxin/Serotonin should not be a big Concern....

Agreed. I don't think too, that only once or twice per Month is normal.
If you have a Healthy Libido, then a few Times per Week (or even Twice Per Day) should be Normal.
I know Girls/Women over here, that have good Libidos. Like, they wanted it in the Evening AND in the Morning After or even Twice Per Day in General....

Nice to see someone else say this. This is exactly how I feel. When my mind and body are feeling good then my libido disappears. When I feel anxious, have trouble gaining muscle, feel stressed, tired, etc then my libido is in a good place.

Over the course of years I've tried zinc, magnesium, d3, boron, selenium, vitamin a, b vitamins, vitamin e, k2, fish oil, olive oil, coconut oil just to name a few and they all provide benefits but when doing any of these my libido suffers. To me, body and my libido seem to compete against each other. It makes no sense, but it's my experience. Very frustrating.

I agree with this but more specifically my neurotic sex thoughts like “omg I wanna bang her so baaaad” only happens when I feel not optimal. When feeling healthiest I don’t have that desperation. It’s quite nice to finally be free of that. I never would have believed I could feel so good and appreciate so much not being sex obsessed .

But occasionally I will get ultra horny like in the middle of the night wake up with nearly uncontrollable desire to have sex. It happens very rarely but it does not feel good. Feels kind of demonic tbh.

Libido = lust for life , can also be channeled into sex, but the base energy is one of health and it’s how you focus it. In this state i can probably do non ejaculatory sex successfully

Neurotic sex drive = probably what many people equate with libido but it isn’t the same. Feels different, hormonally, even though the boner appears the same. In this state I will probably ejaculate quickly and be disgusted with myself after

Spot on. The latter stems from high estrogen and prolactin and NO dominance. Sure if your androgens are decent you'll pull of a boner, won't have trouble with getting it up.

However, the true male libido comes from high dopamine and it shows in intercourse aswell. Dominant body language, ability to last long while being completely focused on the act. Strong, leg shaking orgasms. Lovely stuff, definitely VERY VERY healthy.
My face has a nice hue to it after a good sess.

+1000

The second kind of libido goes hand in hand with social isolation/learned helplessness/porn addiction. Makes you feel like total garbage.
