@Lokzo How do I access your course?

I notice libido increases when combining rib-eye steak with sucrose (Mexican Coke). However everything I read says Sucrose lowers T. Perhaps its the combination of SAFA and sugar?

Is Sucrose or Orange juice superior to starch when it comes to libido?

Does resistant starch (leftover rice) cause enough endotoxin to lower libido?

What is the ultimate combo?

Saturated fat with simple sugars often do support libido because you’re getting a boost in T3, DHT, and a decrease in cortisol.

Orange juice is superior, yes, as there’s less gut irritation.

Leftover rice generally does have a dampening effect.
