Yes. As it happened a long time ago, I'm rather hazy as to the results of supplementing it. Anyway, I've found that minimizing fat/oil intake has helped considerably. I don't cook food in oil anymore.

Yes, Kutki [Picrorhiza kurrora] is good for liver issues like Hepatitis C and cirrhosis.
